Cancelling before your order ships
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible by live chat or email at contact@hobzoo.com with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
After your order has shipped
Once an order has left our facility it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return it under our Returns & Refunds policy once it arrives.
Cancellations by Hobzoo
We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item becomes unavailable, if a pricing or listing error occurred, if an order exceeds the per-customer purchase limit, or if we suspect fraud or reselling activity. We will always let you know by email.
Purchase limits
Because stock is very limited, each customer may purchase a maximum of 2 units of any product. This limit applies across orders using the same name, email address, payment method or shipping address.
