Products and availability
All products are sold brand new and factory sealed unless clearly stated otherwise. Stock is very limited and availability is shown in real time where possible. Product images may be illustrative and can differ slightly from the actual item.
Purchase limits
Each customer may buy a maximum of 2 units of any product. We may cancel orders that exceed this limit, including orders placed across multiple accounts, emails or addresses.
Pricing and errors
Prices are in U.S. dollars. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but if an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

The Hobzoo name, logo and website content belong to Hobzoo. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners. Hobzoo is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Nintendo.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Hobzoo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.
